Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create a binding service agreement. A project is not confirmed until accepted by Insta-Gone.

Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project details and ensuring safe, lawful, and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is restricted, delayed, unsafe, or materially different from what was disclosed, Insta-Gone may reschedule the service, revise pricing, limit the scope of work, or decline the project.

Any timelines provided are estimates only and may be affected by access conditions, property conditions, weather, disposal requirements, staffing, route timing, or other operational factors.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

- provide accurate contact and project information

- disclose known site conditions that may affect the cleanout

- secure or remove any items you do not want removed before service begins

- ensure legal authority to request the cleanout at the property

- notify us in advance of any building rules, dock rules, elevator rules, access codes, certificates of insurance, or onsite contact requirements

Restricted Materials and Special Handling

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Insta-Gone does not accept responsibility for hazardous, biohazardous, medical, chemical, flammable, explosive, or otherwise regulated materials. We may also decline items or conditions that require specialized licensing, permits, environmental handling, or unsafe working conditions.

If a job includes materials or conditions not previously disclosed, we may pause the work, revise pricing, require special arrangements, or decline removal of those materials.

Payments

Payment terms, deposits, balances due, and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees will be communicated at the time of booking or service confirmation.

You agree to pay all approved charges associated with your project, including any updated pricing resulting from changes in scope, access, labor needs, disposal requirements, wait time, or additional hauling.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits, reservation fees, or mobilization charges, if any, may be non-refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled service date and whether labor, trucks, or disposal arrangements were already committed.

If a job cannot proceed because of denied access, unsafe conditions, inaccurate job details, or customer delay, Insta-Gone may charge a rescheduling fee, return trip fee, or partial service fee where permitted.
